Before Your Appointment: Shoot Preparation
Schedule Your Appointments in Advance: Ensure all sessions are booked well ahead of time.
Confirm With Attendees: Double-check with any friends or colleagues who will join you.
Check Outfits in Advance: Make sure all outfits fit comfortably before the shoot date.
Explore Pose Ideas: Feel free to look up pose inspiration on Pinterest or bring your own ideas.
Bring Positive Energy: Come ready for a relaxed, enjoyable session.
Image Policies
Image Proofs: Unedited images will be delivered within 1-5 days after your shoot for your review.
Turnaround Time: Once you select your favorites, final edits will be returned in approximately 4-6 days.
Speedy Edits: Need edits faster? We offer a 24-72 hour expedited editing service.
Graphic Services Available: Custom graphic design can be added for an additional fee—just let us know.
Booking Policies
Payments: A 50% deposit is required at booking and is non-refundable. Full payment is due on or before the shoot date.
Tardiness: Sessions are canceled if clients are more than 30 minutes late. A $20 surcharge applies if more than 15 minutes late.
Cancellations: A 72-hour notice is needed for rescheduling without losing the deposit. Within 24 hours, deposits are forfeited unless rebooked within three months.
Guests: We recommend 2-4 guests maximum for outdoor shoots and no more than 2-5 guests in the studio if they are not being photographed.
Consultation Required: Please consult with us before booking to ensure all details are covered.
